Step-by-Step Rice Processing Journey

Paddy Selection

In this crucial step, we carefully choose the highest-quality paddy from trusted farmers, ensuring only premium rice varieties are selected for processing and ultimate customer satisfaction.

Paddy Cleaning

During paddy cleaning, impurities such as dust, stones, and husk are removed using advanced machinery, ensuring only clean, pure grains move forward for processing.

Milling and Warehousing

In the milling process, paddy is transformed into polished rice, ensuring optimal quality. The rice is then stored in temperature-controlled warehouses to maintain freshness and longevity.

Pre-cleaning

Pre-cleaning involves the initial removal of large impurities like straw, leaves, and stones from the paddy, ensuring only clean grains enter the main processing stage.

Polishing

Polishing enhances the rice’s appearance by removing the outer bran layer, giving the grains a smooth, shiny finish while preserving their nutritional quality and texture.

Grading

Grading ensures rice quality by sorting the grains based on size, shape, and weight, guaranteeing uniformity and meeting customer expectations for premium, high-grade rice.

Color Sorting

Color sorting uses advanced optical technology to detect and remove discolored, damaged, or defective grains, ensuring only perfectly colored rice proceeds for packaging and delivery.

Packaging

In the packaging stage, rice is sealed in high-quality, air-tight bags to preserve freshness, protect against moisture, and ensure safe transport to customers worldwide.
